1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Visuenta Grove services, courses, and the online platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Use & Acceptable Conduct

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase courses.
• Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-paying users is prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, spam, or misuse of community features will result in immediate termination.

3. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are granted only within 14 days of purchase provided less than 25% of any course has been completed. Contact [email protected] to request a refund with proof of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, video lessons, editing templates, and branding assets remain the exclusive property of Visuenta Grove. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Unauthorized redistribution or derivative works are strictly forbidden.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind.
• Visuenta Grove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
